Plaintiff seeks workmen's compensation benefits for total and permanent disability arising out of an injury to his back. The defendants are his employer, Jack Lacy, d/b/a Lacy Cattle Company, and his insurer, The Travelers Insurance Company. The district judge found plaintiff failed to prove a compensable accident.
