This appeal arises out of an indictment charging fifteen persons with conspiracy to violate 18 U.S.C.A. § 659 (theft of and receiving goods stolen from interstate shipments), 18 U.S.C.A. § 2312 (interstate transportation of stolen motor vehicles), 18 U.S.C.A. § 2314 (transporting stolen goods in interstate commerce), and 18 U.S.C.A. § 2315 (receiving stolen goods moving in interstate commerce).
