Plaintiffs in this suit are seeking to enjoin the defendant from obstructing the use of what is allegedly a public thoroughfare, situated in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, known as the "Lewis Picard Road". From a judgment granting a preliminary injunction, the defendant has appealed.
