Plaintiff, Samuel Shook, was the owner and operator of a motor vehicle which collided with a vehicle owned by The Hertz Corporation (Hertz) and rented to Herbert K. Lawrence. At the time of the accident, the Hertz vehicle was being operated by Walter W. Henderson, with Lawrence riding in the car...
