This is an interlocutory appeal from rulings adverse to the district attorney on various motions filed by the appellees-defendants to suppress evidence, statements and grand jury testimony.

The motions arose out of two criminal actions in the district court of Pueblo County. The first case, No. 73381, by an amended three-count indictment, charged all three of the defendants in the first count with murder...
