OPINION OF THE COURT

NIX, Justice.

Appellant was charged with the murder of a seventeen-year-old youth, Raymond Clairborne. After trial before a judge and jury, Mr. Douglas was convicted of murder in the second degree and conspiracy. Post-trial motions were denied and a sentence of 10 to 20 years imprisonment was imposed under the murder indictment.1 This direct appeal followed.
