The sole question presented by this appeal is whether or not the appellant is an institution of purely public charity.

Aransas Pass Independent School District filed suit to foreclose its alleged tax liens for the year 1966 through 1972 against Aransas Hospital, Inc. Other taxing agencies were impleaded. The City of Aransas Pass, an impleaded defendant, by proper pleading, asked that its alleged tax liens for the same years...
