This litigation stems from a struggle for control of the property and affairs of the Free Will Baptist Church of Kansas City, Missouri, between two factions of its congregation. One of these groups, led by Thayne Fast, who claims to be the present pastor of the church, will be hereafter referred to as the "Fast" group. The other group, led by Raymond Dickey, the senior deacon of the church, and his wife, Alice Dickey, former pastor emeritus...
