This indebtedness was represented by three promissory notes executed by Morrow in favor of the Bank, and was secured by the pledge by Morrow to the Bank of certain shares of stock of the Continental Bank of Houston, Texas and the Planter's Bank & Trust Co. of Opelousas, Louisiana.
