This case involves title to two lots in Bridgedale Subdivision in Jefferson Parish. Plaintiff brought suit to confirm and quiet her title in the form of a land patent issued by the State of Louisiana on September 20, 1957, and registered in the Parish Conveyance Office on October 30, 1957.
