The sole question presented here is whether the plaintiff's complaint stated facts sufficient to constitute a claim for relief under section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1. The United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma alternatively concluded that the acts complained of by the plaintiff did not affect the interstate commerce of a business engaged in interstate commerce and, citing Page v.
