Plaintiff-appellant, Ruth Elizabeth John Holladay, hereinafter referred to as settlor, created and established two trusts, (hereinafter referred to as the Louisiana trust and the Texas trust) of which she is the sole income beneficiary. The trusts further provided that in the event of her death, the corpus of the trusts and accumlated income, if any, would be paid to her nephews, William Tait Baynard, Jr. and Alfred Scott John Baynard,
