Plaintiff Joseph Panzarella, a minor, brings this action through his mother for injunctive relief and damages of $12,000 based upon his claim that the defendants twice suspended him from Smithfield High School in 1973 and 1974 without providing him the procedural due process required by the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
