This is a suit to set aside a trustee's sale and to remove the trustee's deed as a cloud on plaintiffs' title. Appellants contend that Article 3810, Vernon's Tex.Rev.Stat.Ann. (1966) is unconstitutional on its face because it does not require personal notice and a hearing and is, therefore, in violation of plaintiffs' constitutional rights under the 14th Amendment of the United States...
