BILLINGS, Chief Judge.
A jury found defendant Robert Wesley Knighton guilty of three counts of kidnapping (§ 559.240, RSMo 1969, V.A.M.S.). The court, having determined that the Second Offender Act (§ 556.280, RSMo 1969, V.A.M.S.) was applicable by reason of the defendant's 1968 robbery conviction, assessed punishment of three consecutive ten-year sentences.
