This action, charging defendant with malpractice, is before us on appeal from the direction of a verdict for the defendant.

We deny the appeal.

The plaintiff underwent a tonsillectomy, performed by the defendant, on September 29, 1966. No apparent complications having developed, plaintiff was discharged from the hospital shortly thereafter. His readmission five days later was occasioned by...
