This suit arises out of an automobile accident which occurred in the City of Bogalusa, Louisiana, on December 8, 1972. The petitioners are Darrel T. Wheat, the operator of his automobile, and his wife, Sharon K. Wheat, who was a passenger in the Wheat automobile. Defendants are Mrs. Kathryn Rhodes Seng, the operator of the other vehicle, and her liability insurer, Travelers Insurance Company. Mrs. Seng and Travelers filed a third party demand against...
