Appellant was convicted by a jury of stealing over $50.00. Upon a finding by the court of the allegation of a prior felony offense, the court sentenced appellant to 5 years imprisonment in the Department of Corrections.

Of the five points presented, the first and most strongly argued by appellant is that the trial court erred in receiving testimony from witness McGregor (acting manager of Skaggs store), concerning the value of the property...
