This Court initially heard argument on the defendant Dill's Rule 12(b)(2) motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction over the person on August 30, 1974. Decision on the motion was held in abeyance at that time because of the sharp semantic dispute as to the facts on which jurisdiction was purportedly based, as well as an underlying concern that the nationwide service of process...
