This is an action for breach of warranty relating to certain unfinished alder tabletops manufactured by Dahlkey, Inc. (incorporated and principal place of business in Washington) and sold and delivered to Michael-Regan (incorporated and principal place of business in California) by Martin Lindell (a resident of Washington). Jurisdiction arises under 28 U.S.C. § 1332.
