Plaintiff appeals from the dismissal of its petition to set aside a default judgment previously entered against it. We affirm the trial court's action.

Prior to the present action, defendant Wefel and her attorney, defendant Schiff, filed a petition for damages against appellant in the Magistrate Court of St. Louis County.
