Petitioners (state) instituted this action to condemn certain property owned by respondent Loyd Hodge & Sons, Inc. (Hodge). Trial was to a jury which returned a verdict for Hodge in the amount of $70,400 for the value of the property taken and $15,370 for damages to the residue. The court entered judgment on the verdict.
