Plaintiff, Barbara Toms, a white female, brought this action for damages and injunctive relief against the defendant, Troy P. Barlett, the proprietor of the Tiger Lanes Bowling Alley in Jonesboro, Louisiana, for wrongfully expelling and excluding her from his place of business. The expulsion occurred on February 7, 1974, suit was filed on February 18, 1974, and final judgment was rendered by the trial court on December 3, 1974 rejecting the plaintiff...
