SPURLOCK, Justice.

This suit was brought by Robert L. Erwin, as Next Friend of Donnie Erwin, a Minor, appellants, to recover damages resulting from personal injuries sustained by Donnie Erwin as a result of a fall from a horse owned by the defendants. From the judgment of the court, based on the jury verdict favorable to appellees, appellants appeal.
