Plaintiff Artoun Baghramain sued his insurer, defendant MFA Mutual Insurance Company, to recover the amount of his fire loss together with penalties and his attorney's fee. Plaintiff appeals that portion of the judgment rejecting his claim for penalties and his attorney's fee.
