SANDERS, Chief Justice.

The defendant was charged by bill of information with the offense of second degree murder. LSA-R.S. 14:30.1. The jury returned a verdict of guilty, and the trial judge sentenced him to life imprisonment.

During the trial, defense counsel reserved seven bills of exceptions. Defendant relies upon four of these bills for a reversal of his conviction.
