The defendant, Jessie Brown, was convicted in the District Court for Douglas County, Nebraska, of the offense of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and was sentenced to the custody of the Director of the Department of Correctional Services for a term of 10 years. He has appealed his conviction and sentence to this court, assigning as error that certain evidence received in the trial of his case to the court, to wit, heroin...
