Plaintiff Judy E. Tenney has brought this action for indemnification under a Personal Catastrophe Liability policy issued to her husband, co-plaintiff Warren S. Tenney, by the defendant Insurance Company of North America ("I.N.A."). The payments for which indemnification is sought were made in settlement of personal injury and wrongful death claims arising from a fire on February 26, 1969 at 595 Fifth Avenue...
