Plaintiffs, Lauretta Uscian and Dorothea Moderhock, brought an action against defendants, Carmelo and Nancy Blacconeri, to have a certain real estate contract declared void and removed as a cloud on their title. Defendants filed a counterclaim for specific performance of the contract and damages. The trial court, sitting without a jury, initially denied the relief sought by plaintiffs...
