Plaintiff-Respondent Rosemary K. Bradford filed this action November 1, 1972. In her complaint she alleged that defendant-appellant Owen Simpson trespassed upon certain property belonging to her and interfered with her access to the shoreline of the Big Wood River adjacent to her property. Following trial, the district court entered Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law together with judgment on December 10, 1974, awarding plaintiff $21,000.00...
