This is a suit brought by Joyce Spradlin, appellee, to recover upon an accident insurance policy issued by the defendant, appellant, Life Insurance Company of North America. Joyce Spradlin will be referred to as the beneficiary and Life Insurance Company of North America will be referred to as LINA.
