These succession proceedings were commenced with the petition of decedent's surviving spouse, Frank C. Anderson, to probate her olographic will and qualify as testamentary executor. After a routine administration in which real estate in New Orleans and an automobile were sold Anderson, as executor and individually, was joined by his three children, all domiciliaries of other states, in a petition for authority to pay certain debts and for possession...
