These consolidated appeals arise out of a three-million dollar condominium construction project that collapsed after encountering a 30 percent construction cost overrun. Each of the parties were involved in the project. After the dreams of substantial profits evaporated, leaving a residue of loss of capital, the instant suits materialized.
