HOFFMAN, Judge.

Defendant-appellant George Henry Moss (Moss) was charged by affidavit with the crime of first degree burglary. Trial thereon was had before a jury, and a verdict of guilty as charged was returned. The trial court entered judgment on the verdict and ordered Moss committed to the Department of Corrections for a period of not less than ten nor more than twenty years.
