Defendant, a demolition contractor, appeals from a judgment in favor of plaintiffs in the sum of $1,500 for the loss of a rare Besenji dog which occurred on October 4, 1972, when a swarm of honey bees stung the dog to death after a wall in which their nests were located was leveled during the demolition of the old courthouse in St. John the Baptist Parish.
