In accordance with the provisions of LSA-R.S. 13:4711 et seq., Morgan J. Goudeau, III, District Attorney, filed this suit on behalf of the Parish of St. Landry to abate and enjoin the public nuisance of prostitution allegedly conducted on the premises owned by the defendant, Joseph Veillon.
