This is a suit for declaratory judgment by one workmen's compensation insurer against another to determine their respective liabilities.

The trial judge held the injured worker, a court reporter, was a joint employee of the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury (insured by the plaintiff) and the Cameron Parish Police Jury (insured by the defendant).
