OTIS, Justice.

This is a proceeding brought by relator for workmen's compensation benefits arising out of two successive work-related injuries. Relator seeks review of a decision of the Workmen's Compensation Commission rejecting his claim that he is entitled to temporary partial disability benefits up to 350 weeks as long as he earns wages in an amount which is less than those he received at the time he was injured. We affirm.
