In these consolidated caess the plaintiffs seek recovery of damage arising out of an automobile collision which occurred in Mandeville, Louisiana on March 25, 1970.

In the first two cases (in order of their filing in the District Court), the plaintiffs, Joseph Gremillion, individually and on behalf of his minor son, Gregory, and Avery F. Broussard, individually and on behalf of his minor son, Charles, seek recovery of special damages individually...
