ROGOSHESKE, Justice.

In a declaratory judgment action, the trial court concluded that the defendant village council's denial of plaintiffs' application for a special-use permit for the construction of a mobile home park was arbitrary, capricious, and unreasonable, and ordered defendant village of Medina to issue the special-use permit. Defendants appeal from the order denying their blended post-trial motion. Since the evidence amply sustains the trial court's findings...
