In this civil rights action Plaintiff seeks both actual and punitive damages to redress certain alleged invasions of his Federally protected rights. The action is brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985. Jurisdiction is founded upon 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331 and 1343. Two causes of action are set out in the Complaint.
