In this suit, Ben Franklin Coleman alleges that the defendants, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America (hereafter the "International") and Local No. 171 of the International (hereafter "Local 171"), violated the duty of fair representation owed to him by negotiating and executing a collective bargaining agreement with the Kroger Company which removed him from the Kroger Retirement...
