OPINION

MASSEY, Chief Justice.

The instant appeal is from a judgment for the defendant rendered following jury trial of a suit to compel transfer of legal title to land, to impress a constructive trust thereon, etc.

We affirm the judgment.

In view of the somewhat complicated discussion to follow we deem it advisable to show initially that it is our holding that the plaintiff's claim is defeated by the defendant's plea of limitation; but furthermore...
