The subject for consideration comes to this court upon a petition for a writ of prohibition.

This matter arises out of the guardianship of Mrs. Lillian Schober, born June 26, 1888, the widow of Charles Schober. Mr. Schober died in the early 1960's and left Mrs. Schober with assets, now valued in excess of $11 million, consisting primarily of corporate stock. Northern City National Bank of Duluth, guardian herein, was executor of Mr. Schober's estate...
