In this case Richard B. Baer, an attorney admitted to practice law in all the courts of this state and possessed of a current license to practice law in this state, seeks a supervisory writ from this court wherein he, in effect, asks this court to require the Honorable James H. O'Keefe, one of the District Judges in and for the Second Judicial District, to approve attorney fees for services which he had rendered and costs he had expended...
