Charles Calcese sued the defendants Cunningham Cartage Inc., a corporation, and Robert M. Cunningham, its driver, to recover damages for personal injuries suffered in a motor-vehicle collision. The defendants were found not guilty of negligence in a jury trial. The jury also found, in response to a special interrogatory, that the plaintiff was free of contributory negligence...
