This is a suit by Nichols Construction Corporation against L. M. Spell and Spell's Welding Service, Inc., claiming damages in the amount of $14,293.14, together with interest and costs, representing the repair costs to plaintiff-appellant's crane which was damaged in an accident on June 12, 1972. L. M. Spell and Spell's Welding Service, Inc., made defendants herein, filed an answer and also reconvened, contending that Nichols Construction is indebted...
