This appeal arises out of two suits brought in the District Court of Eddy County to reverse orders entered by the Oil Conservation Commission (the Commission) in August and November, 1972, which created two "nonstandard gas proration units" and force pooled the tracts comprising the units, which are in the Washington Ranch — Morrow Gas Pool.
