REYNOLDS, Justice.

A declaratory judgment action, brought to construe an irrevocable spendthrift trust indenture and involving title to real property situated in Texas, resulted in a takenothing judgment which adjudicated title to the Texas realty. A different adjudication of title interests is required. Modified and affirmed.
