Defendants, the Board of Supervisors of Ham Lake Township and Kenneth Broadbent, the township's building inspector, appeal from a judgment making absolute a writ of mandamus issued on plaintiff's petition, ordering defendants to issue special-use and building permits to plaintiff for the construction of a drive-in theatre.
